Code of Ethics Canons:
The Motley Matrix Code of Professional Ethics is to never partake in any activity that provides even the appearance of an ethics violation.
All reporting serves to spread information and must be done truthfully.
If PR material is used in reporting, it must be clearly recognizable as such. This also applies to photographs and radio material which is provided by PR centers.
Research sources must be named in any report, providing this does not endanger the anonymity of the informant.
In addition to being a registered federal contractor and registered private investigator, Motley Matrix is a registered member of the USPA.
Motley Matrix does NOT conduct, manage, or advise others to conduct hacking, including ethical hacking, services. Hackers exploit weaknesses in a system which includes but is not limited to the following: poor configuration of web servers, poor security controls, bugs in software, default passwords, poor choice passwords, and more. Our work is soley attributed to OSINT boundaries, techniques and capabilities. Do not even ask us to perform such services.
All clients will be asked to sign a document acknowledging they are aware of, and agree to, these Code of Ethics.
