Every Citizen Online: In 2010 Connected Nation (CN) implemented a statewide broadband training program for underserved communities. Their program, Every Citizen Online, provided free computer instructor-based training at public libraries, community colleges, community organizations, and educational centers to teach new users how to access the internet and how to best utilize all the internet has to offer. This program has served as a framework for Motley Matrix's equal commitment to closing The Digital Divide.
Technology gallops forward so fast these days that people of all ages and backgrounds struggle to keep up. Social media and technologies like FaceTime and Zoom are an easy way to stay connected to your family and friends across the country. Motley Matrix wants to arm you with the data, the programs, and the support you need so that, together, we can close The Digital Divide. Whether you just want to see photos of your grandkids on Facebook, or are interested in learning how master a group video chat on Zoom for your school classes or small business, we will tailor our instruction to your needs.
Veterans post-deployment, women-owned small businesses, and students within at-risk programs can request free training sessions. Classroom presentation and group trainings opportunities are equally available.
